1、 Overview

At present, the problem of urban garbage disposal has brought severe challenges to the urbanization development process of the country. The order of garbage removal process is chaotic, the removal facilities are not perfect, and the deep buried garbage bins are often unable to be cleaned up in a timely manner. This product utilizes information technology to establish an intelligent supervision system for the transportation and processing of household waste. By sending a full bucket message to the dispatch platform in a timely manner after the deep buried garbage bins are filled, the platform notifies nearby garbage transport vehicles to clear them in a timely manner, achieving comprehensive dispatch, operation management, remote monitoring, and auxiliary decision-making for the disposal of household waste. It provides technological means for the standardized management of household waste transport vehicle operation, improves the level of supervision for garbage transportation and processing, and enhances the scientific and rational nature of garbage dispatch. Effectively solve the bottleneck of domestic urban and rural garbage collection and transportation.

This product consists of two parts: an intelligent sensor control board and a battery. The main control board is composed of MCU intelligent sensor control module, full bucket messaging module, GPS positioning module, battery power supply, and NB-NOT network communication module. It basically does not require manual maintenance during use, saving manpower.

2、 Performance indicators

Shell protection level: IP65, The shell is made of polymer PVC material, and the connection is sealed with a sealing ring to achieve dust sealing and prevent splashing water;

Electrical connection: The connection between the power supply and the full barrel communication sensor adopts a stainless steel sealed aviation plug, which is plug and play, easy to maintain, safe and stable;

Power protection: Using 7.4V-8.2V alkaline battery interval power supply to ensure long-term stable and reliable use of the system, and implementing circuit short-circuit protection to prevent battery explosion caused by prolonged use or high temperature;

Circuit protection: All electronic circuit boards are coated with moisture-proof, insulating, and corrosion-resistant three proof paint to ensure long-term stable use of the circuit in harsh environments;

Installation and fixation: All shells are equipped with dual balanced fixing holes, which do not require additional fixing brackets for users, making it convenient and reliable;

Positioning function: GPS active antenna is used. Due to the signal received by the antenna being received and amplified in the active antenna receiver, and being far away from GPS devices or other electrical equipment, the interference source is minimized. Moreover, the installation position can be selected in a very ideal environment due to the extended distance of the antenna. Therefore, in actual use, the signal often feels strong;

Full bucket alarm: The object detected by the proximity switch is not limited to conductors, liquids or powders that can be insulated, etc.

3、 System composition

The system consists of two parts: a backend management system and a deep buried bucket product module. The product module includes a main control board and a battery. The main control board includes: NB IoT communication module, MCU intelligent sensor control module, full bucket messaging module, GPS positioning module

Backend management system: used to manage the normal operation of the entire system;

Battery: power supply for each module;
NB IoT communication module: used to establish communication with NB IoT base stations;
MCU control module: used to control the normal operation of various modules;
Full bucket message module: used for full bucket alarm;
GPS positioning module: used to locate the position of the garbage bin;

4、 System workflow

The intelligent sensor module of the deep buried bucket starts automatically every half an hour. The full bucket signaling module senses the height of the object inside the bucket. When the height reaches the critical point, it sends the height signal to the simple MCU control module. The MCU control module sends data to the backend management system based on the NB IoT network through the NB IoT communication module. The backend management system based on the NB IoT network intelligently and timely assigns personnel and arranges the optimal route for vehicle clearance.

5、 Backend management system

The deep buried bucket module sends information to the backend management system, including the current bucket device number, current bucket GPRS positioning information, current data transmission time, and current bucket garbage height information. The backend management system stores the received data information and converts the base station code into the latitude and longitude information of the base station positioning terminal location through the application of the operator base station code and base station location correspondence table.
